probably 1-0 again, I can't remember the last time this game was anything other than tight.
Are you in infant school? Not being funny like :-)

I put this in the Bruce thread but very sadly his dad has passed away so he won’t be at the club for a few days.

I’m another one who absolutely hates these games. I feel physically sick for the whole 90+ minutes.

I naturally fear the worst, not helped by their significant improvement in form and our lacklustre performance against Burton.

Would love another 5-1 type result but probably a no score draw might be more realistic and I’d just be ok with that.

Me too. I don't know how anyone can enjoy this fixture, everything about it is horrible.

* except the 5-1, that was lovely.

never ever enjoy these games

unless we have scored 5 goals    ...  we should be beating them but I reckon it will probably be 1 1

1-0  then with a   sweaty ass crack for most of the second half

Not even going to watch on TV, hate this fixture, I'm going for a bike ride & when I come back good will have vanquished the unwashed heathen hordes 2-0.

7-Up.

I hate these games too, but we've got to treat it like just another game against rabble from the nether regions of the division.  We should have too much for them all over the pitch, and a game like this will suit John Terry to a tee. 3-0 Villa, fuck off Small Heath.

Terry was excellent at the stadium of shite against them back in October. He clearly relished it and he is made for this kind of game. I think we will do what we have done quite a few times this season and get a lead then concede. So I am going for Villa to go two goals up then concede so we have a nervy last fifteen to twenty minutes. We can all remember occasions when the noses have upset the form book and beaten us but if we were all neutrals looking at this game we would all be putting Villa down as bankers on our football coupons.

Look at that team...Laursen, Mellberg, Barry, Petrov, Young, Carew.

Sigh.

I'm in the I hate this fixture camp.
We have everything to lose and nothing to gain as we are always expected to win.
They will kick the crap out of Grealish and the key for me is if he can control himself and really hurt them with his skill, otherwise I could see him getting sent off.
Gabby doesn't deserve it, but a place on the bench could be a psychological benefit...every nose I have spoken to really fear he will score the winner again.
I have a horrible feeling about the game, then again I always do.

According to a nose at work apparently its a meeting of two of the top 4 form teams in the division with that lot's form being better than Derby County !

They've beaten Leeds (in free fall), Reading (relegation candidates), Sunderland (going down), Wednesday (haven't scored since boxing day). Fucking rubbish, they're shite, they're getting it this Sunday.
