Trevor Akerman
« on: January 30, 2018, 03:40:14 PM »

My Boss of 10 years here at Social Services and Member of the London Lions died last night of Cancer. Spent his life caring for kids in care and helping others, spent his two years of retirement looking after his 90 year old Father and dying of Cancer. Managed to visit him in Hospital yesterday and hardly recognised him.

Cancer is a c**t

A lad my daughter went to school with passed away last week aged 22 after a year battling cancer. How his parents stayed strong I will never know.
It puts so many things into perspective.
