Bodymoor Heath visit
« on: January 16, 2018, 02:26:57 PM »
Hello fellow Villa fans,

I'm looking at visiting the training ground next week time with my lad. Has anyone had any recent experiences there? What time is best to get there? Do the players actually stop to sign autographs?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes they do,Jack is very chatty,as was Gabby,Hutton and Johnson.Only person who didnt stop was Richards.Best time to get there is sat 1 as they all leave after lunch. The security guard is very helpful and there is plenty of place to park.Take a shirt or a book because you will get plenty of autographs.Enjoy.

From previous experience, some players leave earlier, maybe 12 onwards. Depends if they're staying to eat i assume

Also, might be wise to ring the Villa Park switchboard woman first just to double check they're training the day before you set off

Have fun!

Just watched the sky reporter clip from outside BMH and notice a different layout from a couple of years ago where gatehouse now on left. Used to be able to park just inside there....still the case ?

And most interestingly the branding now back to BMH and Recon training complex now removed. Not seen any movement on companies house about our company name changing as still had reference there to Recon or have we left that group completely with Dr T only having minority stake now ?

Sorry so many questions, just really interested

Any chance of an environmental health "Hit Squad" ,attending BMH and wiping out the vermin that have infested the place for so long???
