Hand wringers, keep on hand wringing.

60 more points to play for. Players to come back from sickness and injuries.

Game on.

And booing Beckenbaker is idiotic.  Gave his all whilst he played for us and only left when it looked like he wouldn't get a run of games. Which at his age, he couldn't go through again.

It's not as if he started getting too big for his boots and bailed to play Champions League football or some such bobbins.

I think most of the booing was down to his attempt to fuck Super Jack up and reduce his efficiency.
Agreed. He was always very popular here. It was purely the challenge, which could easily have been a red, that provoked the hostility

Fair enough - compared to the high number of professional piss taking clowns he had to endure when he was supposed to be learning from them I don't mind him. Never thought him anywhere near good enough for top league but did very well last season overall.

Grealish was almost unplayable today. Admittedly they stood off a fair amount, a bit like when we play Ryan Woods, but Jack is more skilful and he brought out the creativity we've been craving.

After the first 20 minutes had passed, that was the best we'd played under Bruce. Let's hope it's not a blip. I'd play Hogan again on Saturday as getting the goal transformed him. He wasn't necessarily brilliant but looked more like the player we hoped we'd signed.

Hutton is without doubt our best left back.
Elphick put in another solid performance.
Impressed with Hourihane running and effort.
Even Snodgrass looked like the player we hoped we had signed.
Hogan scored, my god.
Every one played thier part today and Jack was superb.

Best things about today were the work rate and the speed in which we pressed the opposition and moved the ball.

Today was a glimpse of what we could be. Let’s hope it continues.

Looks like Jack ran the show. I hope this the corner and we're about to show the league what a big club can do.

I don't think there is any humble pie needed. Bjarnason and Snodgrass have been poor, but both played well today and Grealish took a game by the scruff of the neck for the first time since 2015. It was great to watch and highly enjoyable. More of the same now for the rest of the season, otherwise those frustrations will surface again.

Yes Baker wasn't really noticed at the start (I got in 5 minutes before the start so don't know if he was applauded when his name was read out in the team news) but booing started when he tried to nobble Grealish in two with one of his reducers.

It reminded me of the first game Young came back to play against us. Got applauded at the start then did a really bad tackle and was booed for the rest of the game.

Takes me back to 1988 when we beat Hull City on New Years Day 5-0

We got promoted that year as well.

The absence of Whelan allowed/forced Jack & Conor to take more control of the game. Hopefully he’ll only play again in cup games or if Jedi needs a rest
