well i wouldn't say the press have been that scathing. Not compared to here anyway, and lets face it the press pick up on stuff from the fans, not the other way around

A good result today particularly given how injuries and illness have disrupted the side. Shows that there is a spirit and some fight in the squad. We have to use this as a platform to start another run of positive results. I can only comment on what I heard on the radio but it sounded like the win was a deserved one.

Percentage wise in terms of satisfaction with Bruce i'd say it is. Certainly i don't know any non H&V members who are calling for Bruce to get a new contract and a payrise

As I've said he played for 10 years at Man. United fer christ sake. You think Fergie would just let 4-5 winless run as "unlucky lads, let's try again next week." He'd be hurting and working night and day to put it right and they always did.

I get the feeling SB has got a bit of a dressing down from behind the scenes in last few days judging by the tweets from the owner and Wyness since Brentford so when you're under pressure you can lash out.

Maybe so, but those that aren't motivated enough to come on boards like this, i'd say ranged between disappointment and resignation/hope from those i know. I wouldn't say any of them think he's doing a great job.. And lets face it they're not usually the ones who start chanting for the manager to go at games.
