Great result, terrible game. When RHM came on there was a glimpse of how we should play rather than how we do play. It seems churlish to moan after a win but for me it still isn't enough to give Bruce the benefit of the doubt.

Any win awards is a good one and this is much needed. I imagine it wasnt pretty but we'll take that. How did Hogan do today?

He was isolated for the majority of the game. No real tactic to get him the ball. Ironically the only real tactic we employed with regularity got us the goal just after Hogan went off. But Bruce once again hasn’t played to his strengths. He looks completely disillusioned with it all and disinterested. RHM came on and did more in the short time he was on, and looked very lively.

I actually thought we closed the game out well. It was nice to see some game management for once and Boro didn't get a sniff.

Boro looked really bland and those poor cold fuckers up there today got a glimpse of the future with those long throw ins from both sides. Pulis truly is a dinosaur.

Pleased with a win. Oh for a Manager who'd build on this.

Great win all things considered. Jedinak playing holding role by himself is so much more dominant. Thought the work rate and Our pressing was much much better. If our final ball had been better we could have been more comfortable.
They look garbage.
7 off automatic, win Monday now and a are right back in it. UTV

Oh Bruce might, he is quite capable of going on good runs as well as bad ones. But it is now hard to regard him as anything other than a stop gap solution till we get in a long term manager. I say that with no ill will to the man.

Lovely to be proved wrong.

Whether you're in the Bruce In or Out camp (and I imagine most of us are out) that was a fantastic win in the circumstances.

Now let's beat Bristol and the season is alive again.

UTV.

Had a feeling we'd win today. Bruce has the admirable/annoying habit of rescuing himself just in time.

Happy to hear that the Russian got on and made an impact, I've been wanting him to be involved for ages now and thought his injuries and Bruce's conservative nature might have put paid to any chances in the team for him.

Decent away win. Created few chances, but took one of them. Can't remember Boro ever looking like scoring.

That'll do.
