Its a shame it went wrong for him as manager here after only a few years with the Collymore and Curcic signings.

At the time most assumed they would push us on to the final next level of challenging for the league and champions league qualification.

Both of them turned out to be nutjobs however.

Before that though he had revolutionised us and we were outstanding for a while.

The birthday messages are a bit early, his birthday is not till the 25th November, when he becomes a pensioner.
