Everything points towards a Villa win, but this is Villa...and Sunderland are shit...

After hearing how bad their keeper was against Millwall, I watched their highlights earlier today and he was hilariously awful. Both keepers looked as if they'd won a fan competition on Twitter to play for the day. Let's hope he gets picked tomorrow.

The good news? Their other keeper is even worse! :)

Yep Steele got relegated with Blackburn last season and got dropped for the other guy a few weeks ago.

Fancy Snodgrass to score a free kick tomorrow night. Just getting it on target should be enough.

Thats the fella! Shocking keeper.

Their away form isn’t quite as bad as you’d think. They seem to draw a lot, but don’t win

Any sort of win will do for me tomorrow

We need to rotate a bit to stay fresh IMO. Jedinak in for Whelan, Elmo in at right back and controversial as it may be I would be tempted to start Grealish over Onomah who struggled earlier this season with 2 games in 4 days. We need to ensure we make a couple of fairly early signs if we get a couple up to save legs for the weekend. I would like to see O hare get half an hour. The luxury would be resting Davis for the last half hour.

Please please please not another episode of:

Are you shite and currently on a winless streak? Never fear - you play Villa next.

And we always seem to meet these crappy teams with their awful runs at the exact moment they appoint new managers. And Sunderland are known for their new manager bounces.

1-1 can see this being a scrappy draw - hope I am wrong!

Hopefully Bruce will have them fired up and get off to a quick start...get into them from the off with a couple of early goals and it should be a pleasant evening.

Bit worried by the Moyes/Coleman factor but we definitely should be beating these. If adomah plays like he did Saturday we should be ok.

We owe Moyes one for turning us down, I hate MON, we need to thrash that tosser Di Canio, Poyet is struggling there, have they still got Advocaat in charge?

Bob Stokoe, apparently.

Somebody bring a broom. Will Tommy Doc be there ?

It’s my first trip to VP since September 2015.
We lost that one to the Stripeys. I’m expecting better things this time.

I’m old enough to get that. Carlisle away managed by Stokoe. Think it was Boxing Day late 60’s. I was there. Stokoe was rather upset with our ‘desire to win at all costs’.

1-1 Just have a feeling they will nick something.  Had a bit of a spike at the weekend and think that might carry on tonight. Hutton for us.

Was it a spike when they shipped two of the softest goals you'll see all season?

Play like we did second half at QPR and we will drub them.
