We look really strong in midfield but I really do worry now about where the goals are coming from.
Gabby is coming back to fitness/fatness, the floodgates will indeed burst open

Shock! David "Predictor Extraordinaire" Prutton has gone for a Villa loss.

Not sure it matters who we are playing, its always "not villa".

Not saying QPR will be an easy game.

Though generally his predictions for all teams seems a bit off.
Never heard that dickhead say anything good about the villa. Did one of our players shag his wife or something?

If it is a case of swapping Onomah and Jack at some point during the game, is it better start with Onomah as he has more games then bring Jack on later?
Or start with Jack so he runs himself ragged, and then Onomah's fresh legs after QPR have chased Jack's shadows ( maybe) ?

I'd go with Jack first.

But I think it will be a draw

Another option would be to play Onomah and Hourihane in midfield with Grealish just in front of them.

Tough game. They’ve only lost once at home and beaten wolves and (I think) Sheffield United

I reckon Jedinak will play

If we win this after the fortnight we’ve just had I’ll be very surprised and very happy

Love a win, but think it will be a draw, hard game, shit injury list, manager without the imagination to make positive stand ins. (i.e. 442)

They've been bummed 4-0 last time out. I've not seen them myself so I don't know how good or bad they are. Presumably championship up and down one week from the next fodder.

With two home games to follow a point today would be acceptable, particularly given injuries to important players.

Before he got injured we played a sort of 4-4-2 with Onomah in a more advanced role.  I can see Bruce going back to that today.

I agree about that and don't think Onomah is suited to the "number 10" role.  Bruce seems to like him in that role though and played him there quite a bit before he got injured.  If we are going to play that formation, I would rather see Grealish or O'Hare there really.

Yeah that was away at Forest. Just your typical strong at home team (given they've beaten the top 2 last two fixtures they've played at Loftus Road) and bobbins away.

We're more miss than hit with our big players in. So I can't see us winning this. I'd love to be wrong though!
