As a slight alternative, one game I was at but wished I had been sober enough to remember any of it was the game where we won the league in '81. Unfortunately I was only 16 and we had managed to get hold of alcohol and so I spent most of the game either doing nodding dog impressions on a crush barrier or thinking I was going to be sick. I'm sure it was a great day though.
The game of all time under the age of 60 I think we all wished we were at 1957 which remains the holy grail in my head - just the once please villa in my lifetime

The 1977 league cup semi-final replay v QPR at Highbury. I'd already had three Wednesday afternoons off school in order to attend the (twice postponed) away game at Loftus Road, so the replay was one too far. Still got to all three of the finals, mind.
