Against Cardiff Hogan went through and then there was the freeheader second half from 10 yards out which hit the bar.

Reading when Green went through.

Chances that really ought to have been out away.

We created nowhere near enough chances in those two games, we were woeful in both. The Hull game should have been won easily though.

Just heard on Beeb local news that the Expressway will be open this weekend, then closed again next weekend. Can't find anywhere else to confirm it though

Bet Norwich can't wait.We can be relied upon to kickstart their season.

I think they csn be relied upon to kick start ours. Theyve been cannon fodder for 25 years at Villa Park.

I'll tell you what really pisses me off about that presser.
The badge on Bruces' shirt is fractionally bigger than those on the back boards, and, even worse, its on a slight angle. Get it sorted Villa.

Bizarre isn't it, I've been critical since Tuesday that he's got to go but listening to that I want to give him another chance .......... urgh unclean!

This fixture was interesting last year, they had a shit load of the ball but we had Jonathan Kodjia. Tomorrow we wont have him so gawd knows what will happen. Gotta be positive, a draw at the very least.

The Hull game was the most depressingly predictable villa thing ever

We should have been four up at half time, but how many people were remotely surprised to see us under the cosh constantly for the first 40 minutes of the second half, and only take a point?

It is shit like that which was to stop. We are now so conditioned to bad things happening that we look in matches like that relatively favourably.

It was depressing, predictable and wasteful.

Even in that second half hull had two chances and we had two great ones

Norwich have only ever won twice at VP in 30+ attempts. I should be more confident that they won't make it 3.

I can't see how anyone who was there the other night can be expecting a win. It was up there at the very top of the steaming pile that has been the last 5 years. If we do manage to get one I'd imagine it would be something similar to that Derby home win last season which we also came into with our confidence shattered.

They looked quite decent when I saw them against Fulham but whoever their full backs are barely won a tackle against the Fulham players attacking them down the wings so our attackers should...oh.
