We should have sacked the fist-faced arse well before the end of last season.  This start was entirely predictable, and there's no way we're going up under Bruce.  Sack him tonight.

It doesn't happen often, but I'm agreeing with Risso here.

We really are looking at an extended spell in the lower league.

The consistent inability to even look like we are trying to put together some sort of shape is shocking.

I think you're right you know.

Disgusting. If he doesn't go tonight then we're going to be 4 games without a win after Reading and Norwich...and potentially at least 6pts behind the playoff spots already.

Good job we got that bloke from Chelsea in to inspire and motivate the players and tighten up the defence.

I expected to see him raving and motivating players. He looks shell shocked and rubbish.

The summer had been so nice without Villa ruining the weekend.

He's only a kid and he probably wants to go back to Chelsea after this experience and Chelsea would probably want him back after today.

Correct.

I don't think Bruce can get us going to the extend needed to gain promotion. We haven't and don't look good enough.

Bruce, Wyness and Round are straight out of Shoot!   Total lack of innovative thinking.  Big summer story.  Villa sign ex England captain.  That's the ticket skipper.

Taking off Onomah now. Weird. Get Hutton or the fat shit up front off. Nothing will ever be won with those pair in the team.

Shit defensively today. Shit.

Worryingly, I don't think Wyness, Round and the Doctor know how to appoint a progressive manager with tactical nous and a knowledge of flexible, attractive football.

that's my biggest worry to,
A short list of Sam, Warnock and Moyes would be as far as they look

I'd be amazed if it went any further than Moyes.

Given his previous with Round and Wyness.

He's not going anywhere. They're never going to sack someone after 2 games. If it does happen it won't be until late Sep/ Oct.

The forced penury next season should we not go up might force us to get smart.  Maybe.

I don't want to hear about another team meeting. Or any more fucking heart to hearts. This is enough. It's shit and getting much worse by the minute. He needs to be fired by tomorrow. He talks so glowingly about this being a once in a lifetime opportunity. Well you've massively fucked it up Steve.

It's ok 2-3 people will be along later to tell us how we're all wrong and to look at what Bruce did in the past.

He was a shit appointment at the time and has done nothing to suggest he was ever likely to be anything else.
