Bruce does realise that to have a chance of going up, we'll have to occasionally attack when we're away from home?

Sounds awful but the stats suggest otherwise? 63% possession, 8 shots to their 6 with 1 on target to their 4.  The problem is obvious

But how much of the possession is in our own half, when Cardiff don't care?

You'll all regret it when we've won 1-4. Mark my words.

The only time we look as though we might win or score more than one is when Kodjia plays. It was the same when he went to the AFCON last season - eye-wateringly boring, turgid and pedestrian. Things may improve when we get him back but that's just papering over the ever widening cracks. What's the betting that if Dr T sacks Bruce, the pay-off will take us over FFP and the FA will be all over us like an STD rash

I'm going to start supporting Burnley. Play in something like our colours. Traditional side, and a manager who has a definite style and takes it to every team trying to win. I'll just need eat more pies and get used to dating hairy women.

0 (zero) shots on target. What a waste of a summer. Nothing in the bench, apart from O'Hare, who did enough on Wednesday to warrant a start, as did Bree. Bruce sticks with the old boys club though... No pace, no imagination, no leadership.

Time to earn your money Bruce.

Bruce will now doubt be bombarding them with encouraging words of wisdom as we 'speak'.

What's the betting we'll be 0-2 within 10 minutes of second half kick off?

Its a small penance to pay for bit of optimism.

We have had chances. Hogan had one early on and yet again he couldn't take it.

Just sounds like a standard away game to me, we have a bit of pressure early on, can't score, concede a sloppy goal and then offer next to nothing for the rest of the game.

You don't get promoted only turning up for home games.

Significantly lower odds than us turning this around.
