Out of curiosity, how much notice do away scheme members have to give to cancel a ticket, and how many are you allowed not to bother with a season?

HELP. I've just come back from Bahrain (I'm in the Navy) after 6 months away. I've ordered 2 tickets for Bristol tomorrow (me and my son). I live I'm Cornwall so picking them up is a non-starter. Can anyone obviously going to the game collect for me please?  They'll be rewarded! Thanks
