I thought they had fucked it up!

Now confirmed that the first four ties were drawn out back-to-front, and the pundits neglected to notice that West Ham and Newport were both supposed to be away.

Doesn't affect our tie, or any of the other particularly interesting ones, but does mean that Bristol City have an away game the midweek before our meeting, which is good news I suppose.

The Third Round draw is in Beijing. I think it might be slightly easier to follow if it's conducted in Mandarin.

I can't believe anyone would choose a trip to Italy instead of Wigan at home in the second round of the LC.

In 1968 I refused to go on holiday with my parents to Spain as it clashed with Crystal Palace at home. An Aunt came and looked after us for the week, a Willie Anderson penalty got us a 1-1 draw in front of just over 15k.

We were only close to Wales, we didn't actually go into Wales

Whoa back up. I seem to have missed something here.
Villa & Ollbeyun in the North section and Small Heath & Wolves in the south? Wtf. And why are some prem teams not involved? Sorry if I'm being a bit blonde but I was out the country for a while!

I have fond memories of Wigan in the League Cup, after going to the home and away games in 95, and watching the new Pele smash them to bits.
