Be interested to see on what basis they split the North/South pots.  Norwich, SHA and Wolves are in the southern pot, but by my reckoning are a fair bit further north than Newport.

Newport have been placed in a different half of the draw to West Ham to ensure that they don't draw each other as both clubs have been given dispensation to switch any home tie so that they play away. Result is even if we are drawn to play "away" to Newport, it'll be switched to Villa Park.

I'd say Norwich being in the South makes more sense as it is better to get to from the South in terms of transport/road links.

On now. Alex McLeish involved in a draw. Not for the first time.

Well, they cocked that up, after stating a white ball would be away, the first ball drawn was a white which Salako said was home. 4 draws in he realises his mistake and they change home to red. Complete shambles

Boring, but winnable. At least I get my free home cup game.

Why is John Salako doing a big "oooooooooooh" after he draws every single home or away ball?
