Away Scheme 17-18
« on: August 01, 2017, 12:20:38 PM »
Has anyone in the away scheme had money taken for Cardiff and Reading yet? Or know if tickets have been allocated to them?
Can't get hold of anyone from the ticket office via phone or e mail.

I had money from my account taken today for both games and an email from the club confirming.

I haven't had my season ticket yet mind, but I'm quite relaxed about it, away games are more fun😀

Still nothing. No money taken and no way of telling if I've had tickets allocated for Cardiff or Reading.
Is anyone else in the same boat?
Appalling way to treat supporters.😡

The club's support Twitter page says that "the process [of taking the money from Away Scheme members] has started"..."should be done within the next few days".

Difference this year on the scheme seems to be we get an email with seat numbers and money debited which is great as last year was a bit of a guess if money had been taken.

I got my Cardiff tickets Tuesday but no Reading as yet.

Just to keep QV happy, seems like 238 tickets left for Cardiff, just two remaining for Reading.
