I can see my history when i'm logged into https://tickets.avfc.co.uk/
I can't see mine. What is it under?
All I get on personal details are just that..my season ticket seat and my name and address nothing on history.
Same, personal details and that's it. No option for history at all.

I see this when I click on "personal details" and then I click on "history" for my booking history. Remember you need to log in using client ref on that link above I posted, not email address from what I remember.

According to my details I'm in a relationship with someone named M McColgan.

So when I saw you together at the HMHB gig in Bilston, it was really just cover for a romantic night out :)

All the people that were were previously linked to my account have disappeared from my 'relationship' list

And mine. All I had left was a chap who I do know but I've never brought tickets for ever. It's a bit odd.

Got the history to work... it only works in desktop, seemingly.

Worryingly it only lists all of this year's home games in the league, which are covered by my season ticket, plus the Watford friendly on my history.

None of my aways from last year are on there. Under our "Season Tickets" it only lists this year and last year. Mine go back to the nineties and my dad's go back to the seventies.

I was still friends with my brother, my dad, my ex-girlfriend and somebody I've never met who shares my surname.

I'm no longer friends with Joe. I assume he must have fallen out with me since I mentioned that a Tory MP liked HMHB.

At least Aways for which I don't yet meet the buying criteria no longer disappear when I sign in. They're now listed but with a disabled 'Buy' button.

With regard to 'History', all my Aways for the last two seasons are listed

When buying my Caerdydd ticket online, I kept getting a pop-up asking me to add something to do with the Directors Box.

I tried selecting various seats in different areas but it kept appearing.

Did anyone else get that ?

Not eligible yet, so I can't get that or any other pop up box. Have emailed them, thanks.

Did anyone notice an additional charge when ordering online ?

My confirmation email for purchasing the Caerdydd and Reading tickets shows £24 + £20 = £45 with no reason given for the extra quid
