Season tickets

Renewed before end of last season but mine still hasn't arrived yet. Hopefull will come tomorrow but can see me phoning on Friday at this rate!

My wife and I are still waiting for season tickets and the parking permit for Villa Village disabled section.
I only have until tomorrow if I have to collect anything as I'm not available all day Friday.
The disabled liaison officer has been unavailable all afternoon so I'm waiting for a call back from here.

I know there's been lots of changes with the ticketing system, new club shop, new technology on the season cards, but for me the fact people still don't have STs a couple of days before the season starts, not to mention myself and others receiving this season's adult shirt without a sponsor on, smacks of the club trying to do too much too soon, and looking a bit amateurish as a result.

I renewed well before the season ended also and still no show. I'm away in Manchester for the Test Match tomorrow so wont know if its been posted until Saturday morning, poor show really.

Think they are expecting issues Saturday ....been told there will be three places around ground for people to go to and get a ticket issued

They still hope everybody will receive by saturday ......... Trying to get through on Friday will be impossible - I waited 45 minutes this afternoon

Its actually easier to get thro' to HMRC than the Villa ticket office at the moment.

The longest wait I've had this week for HMRC was 15 minutes. Normally I have at least one of over half an hour
