as we become one of only two clubs to utilise these innovative tools.

So who else does Gabby and Richards play for?

They were just asking for that!

Just checking am I the only one to have received their season card. Even though I've had a season ticket for about 95 years, I wasn't expecting such special service!

"Innovative technology" means get there early next week.

It is the new way of things. JIT = Just In Time.

I must admit it's a bit amateurish fans not receiving their season tickets with a week to go till the start of the season. A slap on the wrist for the club with this one.
It's not a good situation as reassurance that you will be able to get into the ground without any hassle is to be expected, but considering the new technology being implemented then as long as everyone receives their season ticket cards before the first day of the season then there isn't really any grounds for complaint. I suspect a third party (or parties) may also be involved in the delays.

I'm still waiting also, and for our disabled parking permit for Villa Village (which has gone up by £30 without warning)

This could turn out to be a PR disaster when come saturday thousands haven't arrived. The club should have had these out much earlier ....

While there are many positives of the Xia era there are many off field issues that still need major work on ....

I don't think anyone yet knows how the replacement of Villa cash is working ........ this should be out there by now

Sounds like something else John Terry will try to grab the glory for.

I'm trying to get tickets for Reading with my daughter's and my season ticket and it says I don't have enough privileges. They were on sale to all season ticket holders from 5pm. This is really turning into a farce.

No season ticket for me yet either. Or any away tickets. Can't even get through on the phone and my e mail has gone unanswered.
Looking forward to Saturday but no idea how I'm going to actually get in the ground.
Shambles doesn't seem a strong enough word anymore.
