If they send them out on Monday, ie the last day of the month, they will start to arrive on the Tuesday, a bunch on Wednesday and I'd imagine some possibly on Thursday.

So, in plenty of time.

They have said all the way along that they will be sending them out from the 30th July.

Why leave it until the 31st and have to rush tens of thousands of tickets? Wouldn't it just make more sense to start a week or two earlier giving some actual time for any unforseen circumstances to be dealt with?

It's a pain for me because I am on holiday for the Hull game. I can't padd my ticket on if it turns up a couple of days before the season starts. It is also taking the piss a bit when you consider being forced to renew during last season or face a price hike.

Maybe ask the TO if they can issue a paper ticket for the Hull game so as you can pass it on?

I asked my mates wife if She could get us tickets for the Watford game and while speaking to her I was telling her that no one had received their Season Tickets yet.
She phoned me later to tell me she had got me the Watford tickets and while She was there She asked about the ST's, this was about 2.30ish today.
The guy at the Ticket Office said that they sent the first batch out yesterday and the Post Office were picking up the second batch just then and they were coming back in an hour or so for the third batch.
So it seems to be happening.

It's like there's not enough to complain about. You do realise that not sending them out til the 30th doesn't mean that's the day they start licking envelopes! It's quite possible tor them all to go out on the 30th and be there a day or two later.

I was told when I brought mine that I'd be receiving it around the end of July. It's the 26th, so it should be here soon. Simple as that really.

That's what I did last season. I was going to be on holiday for the first home game and my ST hadn't turned up. I got a printed replacement ticket to give to my dad. The TO were fine doing this. (My ST then arrived anyway on the morning I was going away).

I was in the Villa Park ticket office this morning and overheard a conversation between a supporter and the lady behind the counter with regards to season tickets.

Junior season tickets have been and are being sent out this week and the adult season tickets will be sent "at the end of the month". She was not date specific, but Villa are confident they will be with us in time for the Hull game.

Lets just hope the cards work

Maybe she just couldn't think of the word for Friday.

AVFC Support on Twitter  "The posting of junior season cards will be finalised today with adult cards starting dispatch tomorrow first class"
Does anyone know if they will fit through a standard letter box or does someone have to be in to receive them.
