No. They are relegated. Swansea play Southampton on Tuesday if either side win they are relegated. If it’s a draw Southampton go to 34 points which West Brom can match but Southampton have 4 goal advantage that relegates West Brom.  Only thing in that scenario that saves them is Southampton being beaten heavily at home to Man City.
