If I heard correctly Southampton are now sixteenth in the 'live table'.

They have also surrendered more winning positions than anyone else in the top flight this season.

Snigger

No surprise that Mumbles is getting a right good kickin' by the Stokies. I found this particularly amusing:-

Lambert on the touch line every match!

Until I just heard it said I wasn't aware that Evertons traditional home end has had a name tweak and is now known as the 'Howard Kendall Gwladys Street End'.

Southampton winning to relegate Albion anyway after their last minute goal earlier would be very funny.

Oh well, at least there was an exciting end to the last ever top flight game at The Hawthorns.

Stoke manager Paul Lambert, speaking to Sky Sports: "It is a tough afternoon. I am feeling for everyone connected with the club.

"When teams don't get results you can be sleep-walking into positions you don't want to be in. We never had enough. Since I came in the lads have given everything, but we came short. It is a chance to rebuild.

"It is difficult to come in mid-January to try to assess the team and I had a chat with the players on what went wrong.

"No-one can point a finger at the effort of the play

So,not his fault then

Take it there was subtitles or you have an extremely good set of ears to capture the content

Football as corrupt as ever. Coventry City not giving a jiff about winning a game.  Kind of reminded me of that game v Bristol City at Highfield Road in 1976.

And as for fans - Wolves your a disgrace.  Better the money to be spent on going the match when you are not winning week in, week out rather than a small time banner.

The Everton fans are streaming out. Clearly not keen on rubbing it in to the Southampton fans or more likely not keen on applauding the last home game 'lap of appreciation' for Big Sam's blue and white army.
