The plane hired by Wolves fans has just flown over my house en route to taunt the Hawthorns. A bit small time.

Wolves fans are becoming increasingly twattish.  There’s more than a fair percentage of them predicting Champions League football.  Nuno won’t stay there.  They’ll rehire Mick McCarthy and normality will return.

To be honest they never really registered on my radar of relevance until this season.

Sky are showing Bournemouth v Swansea live over here.  The Ayew brothers really are gash.  The one we had just missed a sitter.

Stoke manager Paul Lambert, speaking to Sky Sports: "It is a tough afternoon. I am feeling for everyone connected with the club.

"When teams don't get results you can be sleep-walking into positions you don't want to be in. We never had enough. Since I came in the lads have given everything, but we came short. It is a chance to rebuild.

"It is difficult to come in mid-January to try to assess the team and I had a chat with the players on what went wrong.

"No-one can point a finger at the effort of the players."

So,not his fault then

According to the BBC's Final Score programme Coventry and Morecambe are recreating West Germany v Austria 1982 and settling for a result that will suit both of them. Apparently a draw takes Coventry into the play offs and keeps Morecambe up.

Jordan's played well for them for most of the season.

Spurs are so useless it's beyond words.

Fair play to Darren Moore though, amazing results since he took over.

Imagine if they'd appointed him in December.

If they had appointed him in December they would have been in a relegation fight rather than dead in the water. Southampton Swansea game on Tuesday will relegate them.
