Butland crying like a baby. I bet he’s already agreed a huge pay day at another club.

Lambert will say “Can’t fault their effort. Keep this team together and we’ll win the championship by Xmas”

I know a couple of people who know Butland and he seems like a decent guy. He’ll get another club easy enough.

Lambert on the other hand... hahahahahahaha!

So, if we don’t go up we’ll have a visit back to the 70’s next season

I hope the media wake up to the folly of having endless, misinformed, ignorant, vested interest pundits bigging up bang average managers. Pardew and Lambert, perhaps Hughes and definately Allardyce one day. Relegation on the CV. And Rednapp, always conveniently forgotten.

Yeah, WTF was that all about?

Stoke were so like a Paul Lambert side. Shit in defence, midfield and attack and no link between either.

Butland, Shawcross, although not so great this season, and Shaquiri are their only sellable assets. They will be gone, alongside a poor Joe Allen and aging Adams.  Pieters seems ok but not in that side. Johnson, Crouch both finished.  I don't want to crow, because it's Lambert, but they are even worse than Albion.

Crouch isn't finished in a sub role.

They are 1-0, He takes off Crouch from what I could see was the only player able to hold the ball up.
Palace score immediately and then he starts chucking forwards on and they completely go to pieces.
As I said many times when he managed us, the bloke is a fucking idiot.

Surely at that level he is? Could do a job for them in the Championship though I guess.

Totally and utterly correct. Dreadful decision and one has to question what the bloke actually learnt from those coaching trips to Germany etc when he was in between jobs.
