I think fans have a right to believe their club is underachieving when considering investment etc. Arsenal, especially when you consider those ridiculous ticket prices, should be doing much better than they are.

They made a £25m pre tax profit and have something close to £140m in cash reserves. The problem has been Wenger has been reluctant to spend over the last few years.
