Mourinho maybe not as useless as some would like to think.

I'm sure that Man City missing nine open goals, the ball bouncing off the goal line and having a certain penalty and red card not given were all part of his plan.

The man's a genius.

As someone with far more football nous than me once said, the only stat that counts at the end of the day is the score.

I’m no fan of Mourinho, and take great pleasure in those delightful manure fans bemoaning his style of football, but it’s difficult to ignore the success he’s had over the years.

Who's done that, then?

They didn't put up with the rough times of being a Chelsea fan at the start of the season to now deal with this now. They'll be flying their half and half scarf at half mast today.

What an incredible manager Jokanovic is as well.

When I lived out in Tenerife in the mid nineties Jokanovic was playing in La Liga for CD Tenerife in midfield alongside Fernando Redondo in the best team the club had ever had, managed by Rafa Benitez.

God I hate Arsenal fans.  Moaning and whining and that’s the ones that are there.  They’ll advertise this as a 60k crowd when it’s no more than two thirds full.

A friend and neighbour is emigrating to New Zealand in a fortnight. He's also a Citeh fan and was there yesterday hoping for an experience to tell his Kiwi grandchildren about in a few decades time. After the disappointment and upon reflection, this morning he was telling me that he now has probably a more accurate full stop to the story of how Manchester United have been the bane of most of his life.

Unless they were under the age of 7, that's another reason to hate modern football and its already a long list.

Stephens should have ripped off Wilshere's head there.

They will never recover the glories of their relatively recent past whilst they keep Wenger in charge and even when he jumps or is pushed the chances are that they will go through a transitional period similar to United since Ferguson left. So basically, heads they lose and tails they lose.

I think the last time I copped a ninefold (or at least one that paid out very handsomely) was a few years back just before my youngest daughter's birthday. So I bought a full playground (swings, slide, trampoline etc.) to put in the back garden  for her.

As I said, that was a few years back and she is twelve now, so if anyone wants to buy a rusty set of swings, a rusty slide and a rusty trampoline PM me. ;)
