I dont think that I have ever seen the odds that high for a win. Though I think that they are a bit low at 86%...

I'd imagine they've been higher when, say, Germany were hosting San Marino.

They would probably have been a lot higher some time ago, when for example a team from the old first division were at home in the FA Cup to a non-league side.
