Cardiff have two tricky looking games next then quite a lot of shite between now and the end of the season. We really need to win on Saturday to put the pressure on.

Just been looking at there fixtures they have a very good run in. Desperately need to win on Saturday and hope Bristol can beat them in the derby game.

Listen, anyone can take points off anyone here. Norwich just showed that against Wolves and some of our own results reflect that too. Cardiff aren't going to win all those games. We won't win all of ours either, clearly, but we can at least hope we've got our major blip out of the way. If we can beat Wednesday on Saturday, things aren't so terrible.

At the end of the day none of this would be relevant if we had managed to keep up our end of the bargain.  Hope we haven’t peaked too soon...

Derby and Fulham dropping points is what we wanted. It's a shame Cardiff won but it was probably asking a lot for all the results to go our way. Long way to go yet.

Cardiff have two tricky looking games next then quite a lot of shite between now and the end of the season. We really need to win on Saturday to put the pressure on.

Cardiff's most difficult spell is mid March to Mid April. They have Derby away, Sheffield United away, Wolves home, Us away and Norwich away all within four weeks.

They also have Brentford away in 10 days.

We really have to be above them after that spell otherwise it's slim hope for second.

Yeah looking at our next 3 games before the Wolves match, Wednesday away, QPR home and Sunderland away we need minimum of 7 points.

I'm not convinced there is such a thing as a 'decent'/easy run of games in this division.

I suspected and partly hoped that my betting acca tonight might jinx our rivals. I bet on Fulham, Derby, Cardiff and Wolves.

Not too bad. Only Cardiff extended a lead and nobody gained on us.

Important we win the next 3, as we really should. Cardiff havug a derby with Bristol and then away at Brentford is tough.

If we can't beat Sunderland away with the state they're in we don't deserve second. SB has had a good record at Stadium of Light since being sacked aswell.

QPR don't travel well and we tend to do well v them at Villa Park.

Sheff Weds the wildcard game really. Could be a draw.

Minimum of seven points. Much less than we're starting to look at snookers if Cardiff get 4 points.

If Neil Warnock beats us to 2nd spot, I will have to give up on football. As an alternative, the skeleton bob looks really shit, yet with zero expectation.

If we beat Wednesday it puts the pressure on Cardiff the following day. I fancy Bristol in that for at least a draw.

We won't beat Wednesday though. We'll draw and then Cardiff will know a win could put them 6 points ahead of us.

actually the sunderland game worries me more than the other two. getting to that part of the season where you don't want to play the relegation threatened teams

Sunderland aren't ' relegation threatened', because that would suggest there was some chance they might survive.

well i'm surprised how bad a job coleman has done there. I thought he'd get them out of it by now but obviously it's from the chairman down there. Very similar to us with Lerner - a guy owning them that has no interest at all anymore. Still i don't think it will be a walkover

I think it’s more a case of being ‘fucked’
