Westwood started tonight for Burnley.  The first thing I seen him do is run straight into an opponent off balance.

Never mind that, KV! What was his pointing contribution like? ;)

I'm not a big Albion hater but would find it funny to see them drop and ourselves and Wolves go up.  That being the case, I hope we'd both have the sense not to have advertising visible from the M6 indicating that we were top division clubs.

I'd like them up so be can batter them silly twice next season. Then they may leave.

Fuck them. I hope they get relegated. And the one that works for me is convinced they will sign Johnstone in the summer. As back up to Foster. Because they can afford to pay him more wages.

I do find it funny that after our first relegation in absolutely ages they now see themselves as this massive PL club and compared to us are our masters in the region. They don't seem to get that the minute we secure promotion they will be our bitches again. Like they've pretty much always been.

I just don't get being pleased at having the best of a bunch in a particular region. If they were looking like winning things, regularly playing in Europe or whatever, then it is fair order to sneer down at your neighbours. For far too many of them it is a glorious achievement rather than being a by product of having bigger fish to fry.

What the hell do they want?  He paid off the debts he’s trying to sell the club the buyers won’t give him what he wants so he’s told them to fcuk themselves.

They are stuck in the Keegan years of the early to mid nineties. They still compare themselves to Manure, Liverpool and Arsenal. They probably haven't noticed that a couple of little clubs called Man City and Spurs are doing okay in the PL and CL. If they get their heads out of the clouds and start comparing themselves with their neighbours and fellow underachievers Sunderland and Boro they might feel a bit better about themselves.

In fairness, he does seem a pretty shite owner. It's been a while since they were competing for the title, but they were rarely anywhere near the drop before he turned up, and he's taken them down twice and is threatening to do so again.

TV they are our bitches still now and it pisses them off greatly that even as a premier league club their support
Is nowhere near ours.

This. Think what we thought of Lerner by the end.

Except they've never liked him.

Bolton back above SHA in the live table.

Listening to some of their fans on the phone in after the Sunderland game you'd think they're already safe.

Very long way to go for that.
