Rags already losing to Derby.

Don’t know whether to laugh or laugh...

We could do with them getting a result so I’ll quell my laughter for now.

I know but I can’t help it. Feck ‘em.

Roy Hodgson has done a superb job at Palace. I think they were 18th or 19th when he got there and they’re 11th now and winning again.

Well done to former Villa internet forum regular Joe Lolley on his first Premier League goal.

Ps regarding Joe, he was responsible for the West Ham goal giving it away to Noble. But his goal was absolutely delightful curling it in from the left side of the box after a very nice run.

VT. Racked up 30,000 or so posts on there as AVFC-Prideofbrum before his move to Kidderminster and then on to Huddersfield.

Seemed like a thoroughly decent young chap.

Marc Albrighton looks so confident and assured. And the lad Amartey we’ve been linked with has started for them today and has looked really good.

Yes, he's a Redditch lad, released by Blues Academy, went to Uni, was prolific in non-league and worked his way up from there. Fair play to him, shows it can be done if you've got talent and stick at it despite the knock backs.

Absolutely. Speaking of which I’m still amazed how excellent Vardy has become.

Noses two down at home to Derby.  Nose fan reactions in order of importance:

1. Fcukin da Viles promotion hopes up.
2. Blues’ chances of being relegated increasing.
