Strachan gone. Somebody foreign and exciting, please.

If we appoint Moyes, Lambert or McLeish, I'm giving up.

I heard Bertie Vogts is free

Breaking News, Nicola Sturgeon appointed new Scotland manager, they still won't win anything but it will be someone else fault.

I hope for your sake that happens. The alternatives.. as you say.. are not very appealing to say the least.

It's bad enough watching England and thinking this is just like watching the Villa.

Just imagine what it would be like for the Scots watching Mcleish/Lambert....

Please, don't. I think I've suffered enough.

(In fairness, McLeish did an excellent job, but I've no wish to see him return).

He had a good record, but I think it was only over about ten games wasn't it? If I were Scottish I would prefer McLeish to Moyes. As for Lambert, Scotland might as well just wind down the international team rather than have him. They need to find a foreign manager who has done well/overachieved with a small nation.

How about BFS? He is foreign and quite excited at times😊

WGS was bemoaning our lack of height, so I can't see us suiting his preferred style of play.

A smaller team than Scotland is Spain and they've never done anything at international level have they?
