Fixtures out - first game Hull (H)

I'm never gonna get to go to Preston. Fucking Tuesday night. And we will have only had two days rest.

Oh, and Millwall away last game, that'll be fun...

We must seriously hope there's nothing riding on that game for either team !

Not sure what day the Colchester game is on. On one screen Sky say it is the Tuesday and then on another screen they say it is the Wednesday.

It's obviously a new system of playing a two legged cup tie - with both games away - let's hope away goals count double.

Don't mind Preston away midweek as I live in the nw. But Sunderland , reading always was never going burton and a fun day out last away now cancelled.  Mixed bag. If I am not wrong in our promotion year in the 70's wasn't hull our first or second game   All I remember was loads of Brutus wanting to kick a 14 year olds head in all wearing silver docs

It could have been an easier start, but no combination of fixtures in this league is daunting.

Is the right answer.  Every game is winnable if we get ourselves in order and are up for it.  We need to be focused on getting up, no pissing about, win each game.

Last time we played there it was a scene from Green Street (they know an outsider when they  see one) when two of us walked into the Barnaby (their so called main boozer) - luckily I knew one lad  in the pub who I used to work with and they could not have been better with  us.  The most on top when I have been there was the southern floodlight semi and the fa amateur cup ilford v Leatherhead with the locals thinking  all Ilford fans were Appy Hammers

First three away games are the closest to me in Dorset, so lots of early season games, as long as I can get tickets!
