Sorry of this has been covered elsewhere but I just logged onto os to get tickets and it's saying waiting time is 30-60 mins. Is this normal?

You can usually get in straight away. However there has been a lot of pressure on the website since the beginning of the week when tickets for the blues match went on sale to those with a booking history.

It'll be the 10,000 Blues fans booking their tickets in the Holte End as they always do.

There will be 'faces' and 'old boys' all over Vile Park.

Apparantly.

I booked tickets for the Fulham coach yesterday afternoon. Had to wait about 15 minutes before getting on to the site.
