johnstone

Bree
Chester
baker
Taylor

Adomah
jedinak
Hourihane
Lansbury

Kodjia
Hogan

Who's playing where in that midfield?  A winger and 3 players who are very central seems like it'd be tough to balance.

You'd be reliant upon Hourihane and Kodjia being fairly fluid in the positions they take up for the balance to be struck.

I agree, I just can't imagine us setting up that way, that's why I asked.

They're slow as anything so I'd start Green, push Hourihane up and keep Hulk on the bench.

If Green is fit enough I agree.

Terrible timing but I think I've got Gastroentiritis. It's been coming out of both ends. Still hoping to go as I'm feeling a bit better than I did earlier but it's looking dodgy at the moment.

Anyone ever had a photo printed in the family pages of the programme?  I sent them a photo of my son in Villa kit and a bit of info about me not long after the Weds game hoping it will l feature in an upcoming home game programme, not heard back. Do they usually just print the column without telling you or would i have had notification if they were going to?

I was going to say I just can't see us losing to a team managed by Alan Irvine. I then remembered WBA beat us in December 2014 and they then sacked him two weeks later.

We tend to do well against the better teams in this league at home. Norwich like us have underachieved this season as they should be top 6 with their squad but the mentality hasn't been right for large parts of the season so they look likely to miss out.

1-1 and a comfortable win on Tuesday. Not enough for top 6 but keeps the feelgood factor running at least.

Never liked the pigeons since John Bond's day so will go for a 5-1 win.  The 1 is only due to the Villa due to concede a goal.

Off to work then heading to B6 later.  Looking forward to this one.  A win today and on Tuesday, a few teams above us falter and who knows.

You're not wrong Brian - and other results could conspire to put us 13th in the table!

I'm hoping for a win - 2-1. Rather than bore them to death in the first half I'd prefer to see us attack them straight away. We're beginning to gel.

Hopefully Barnsley will draw or beat Sheffield Wednesday and we can win with a bigger goal margin, climb a spot in the table and close the gap with 6th.
