renewed online as I got fed up of the phone ringing and not being picked up, so my substantial £15.00 Villa Cash goes unused :(

Can't you use it on the online shop just so as it gets spent and you get something for it?

don't think so PWS....I'll have a go though :)

Or nip into the club shop before a game.

I'd send them an email using the details below, unless there is something in the shop you particularly want to buy. If it's their fault you couldn't spend it, I'd be surprised if they weren't willing to give you the money back or add it on to next year's Villa Cash for you.

I don't think there is 'Villa cash' next season.

Maybe. But from a customer service point of view, it would be pretty poor form not to allow you to utilise accrued funds, when the reason for not doing so was that you were unable to get through to them on the phone.

Send them an email, worst they can do is say no.

And you can't buy anything in shop with villa cash.  Only thing now is home tickets or events....I'm struggling to spend the kids £1.30 ;D

Villa cash can only be used against match tickets and hospitality/tour  events.I am sure they have canned the option to use at the shop or online.

I've just had a text which has a link to a Survey Monkey site. You can leave your client reference there before 11:59pm tonight and the club will contact you and you will still get the Early Bird deal.

Yep, we've flogged the shop to an external company who won't accept VillaCash.

I've just spotted the season ticket prices now the Early Bird offer has ended, £30 & £35 increases - how the hell can they justify that?
I know a lot of us renewed early but that's a piss take with those prices.
£570 for my seat now, which tells you what the early bird price will be next year.
