Have to say i struggle to have any sympathy for any of these guys, Mourinho or Bruce, whoever, they get paid vast amounts of money, the rewards that are bestowed upon these managers is the stuff of winning lottery numbers coming up every week, I don't hold any malice towards them getting this kind of payday, but once they take on a job they deliver or else, it's that simple really, if a manager takes on this roll and says we will get promotion in 2 seasons then it's 2 seasons, decision has to be made to keep or let go, in Bruce's case Fulham was it for me.

well he's a bit left-field footy. 2 seasons at reading, one good, one bad....I'm not sure many people would see him as the guy to get us up quickly.
