We’ve had an extremely favourable start to the season, we haven’t won in 4, we haven’t addressed our obvious defensive gaps, and we continue to play players in the wrong roles. He’s massively underperforming and makes us much worse than the individual talent of the players available. He has to go before our promotion hopes go up in smoke. He’s had two years and we’re a fucking rabble.

I assume he’ll say he’s taking responsibility, but actually deflect it onto others again.

As I said in the match thread, today is the final duck in the row for the owners to act: indifferent league form, humiliating cup exit, new CEO, international break.  I'll be furious if there isn't a new man in charge when we step out at Blackburn.  If there isn't, then any further statements of intent from the new owners and/or CEO is simply the hot air we've heard before.

Now is an ideal time as it also gives time to the other club to find a new manager should we choose to approach somebody currently working. Do it!

Much more of a risk to keep him now. Now is the perfect time before international break

Yep. Everyone's fault but his.  That indifference to his responsibilities and understanding as to where the buck ultimately stops should be enough to see him sacked. Hopefully.

He needs to pack his bags, either voluntarily (if he cares about the club) or forced (if they care about the club).

Its only going to get worse - the whole atmosphere has turned toxic

The embarrassing nature of collapse just might persuade them time is up.

It may well have persuaded me too.

I get the impression he really does not give a shit.

Reminds me of a certain Scotsman who would wearily "go again" regardless of the direction he appeared to be constantly moving.
