Everyone has a part to play in the disaster that the club seems to be. The argument is around the level of involvement.

I'd say the owner is currently moving on people he doesn't want (maybe due to trust issues) like Wyness and Round. Bruce? Well time will tell.

He's certainly to blame for some of the shit performances, and he's to blame for the good ones too. There were too many of the former and not enough of the latter. I suspect that too many of Bruce's previous management experiences with small clubs has rubbed off on him and instead of going for it and displaying the level of arrogance required we were too meek.

If he's still here for the season coming, I sincerely hope he changes his tune.

In a similar vain, England under Southgate have become more than the sum of their parts, Bruce has done similar in the past. I wonder, given the likes of Terry, Snodgrass et al departing whether the remaining players can do the business given Bruce's ability last season to create a better team mentality than we've had for some time.

they are all culpable - the only possible way we can move forward is through new ownership. Tone might yet cough up another  tranche of millions to keep us going, but the damage for him has been done. You would have reasonably expected better judgement from an international businessman.

There is a mountain more evidence of Bruce's part in our downfall than Tony Xia.  Unless I have missed something all that the owner is guilty of, if guilty at all, is allegedly not making sufficient funds available to pay the PAYE on time.  In every other respect he has shouldered the burdens of ownership far better than Bruce has shouldered his brief to get us promoted.  Like I say I must have nodded off when the owner became a rotten bastard.
I find myself completely agreeing with you, again.
I’m not stalking you, honestly.

Blaming Bruce for trying to get the best possible players whilst exonerating the owner who is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the club is frankly ludicrous.

The buck ultimately stops with the fake Doctor.  Wyness and Bruce might have implemented a high risk strategy that ultimately failed, but they can't have done this without Xia's agreement.  He must have made assurances to the rest of the board that finances would continue to be available, and the fact that they have seemingly dried up completely can only be blamed on Xia.

Agree entirely. The share of the blame goes round just as it should.

Do you actually understand what you have written?
Bruce asked for all the players that were signed and Xia obliged. I don’t recall Xia buying/loaning players and the reading from Bruce that said player(s) was forced on him.
Each player would have been signed (no doubt) with the argument from Bruce that this additional full back or striker was vital to the promotion push.
Bruce then failed in his one and only objective, despite having all the tools necessary to complete the job.
The money (or apparent lack of) worries me, but until this all pans out none of us know what the financials are. What we do know is we are hamstrung but FFP and that is not Xias fault either.
But what has Xia actually done wrong that means he is to blame for us spending at least another year in this poxy division?
He has been guided by his manager and backed him to the hilt.

I fail to see what else Xia could have done other than sack the useless fecker.

I will add a caveat that I am in way an advocate for Xia, but there are more culpable people for us being in division 2 than him.

He's here to stay! We all need to just accept this and move on.

I accept it. It's obvious we can't afford to sack him.
More of his shite football then. Let's hope he's good on a zero transfer budget.

The only bonus is that I honestly don't think that the players from the u-23's actually know how to play boring football!  Well, let's hope not anyway.

I'm not necessarily happy he's staying but it's one less distraction for now. I hope and pray that Someone in the pram starts badly and brings Bruce in to save them but the I can't see it.
I would prefer the kids being let loose to attack and play exciting football.
I would rather lose 4-3 than win 1-0 and defend for 90 mins
