Is it better to have a DM or a PM? I'm confused. I don't want one by the way. ;-)

As much as I'd love to see Howe join us TV, can't see how we'd be able to afford the compensation, his budget at Bournemouth would dwarf ours, he's probably got his eye on a job like Everton and Leicester and sadly we are small fry in the football world now. The days of someone doing a Sir Graham and moving down a division have sadly passed.

We need to be looking at an up and coming manager from a smaller side, Smith at Brentford, Jones at Luton, though it's probably too early for him.

Newcastle managed to get Benitez....were they that much of a bigger club then than we are now?
There must be loads of progressive managers abroad or in the lower divisions that would jump at the chance. It's just having the network to know about them....It's not even a gamble anymore is it? We went with the "tried and tested, give him time" option and we are still at square one, not progressed in two years either football or league wise but probably have a better squad and better kids coming through..

Rather have either than a GDPR

Talking to my Dad, he loves Bruce but he admitted what a bloody waste of a season.

We go again.

If it is true that Bruce has resigned, I would like to know who is going to be the manager after the next one!

Bruce is a proud man. And he also will want go with a bit of dignity. Walking away and not kicking up a huge fuss will be respected by the fans and he will go with our best wishes. Again, his personal nightmare softens the feeling we all have towards him but he's not the right manager to take us forward.

Sorry, but it'll be good riddance from me.  He's potentially ruined us for years, and his approach to Saturday was a disgrace.  Let's see how much good will he has when we're flogging Grealish to balance the books.

He gave several interviews before and after the game where he was quite emphatic in his desire to stay on. So the rumour seems unlikely, unless he has been invited to step down.

He would be given the option to resign.

Ten minutes into the match you knew Fulham were going to win. It was as if he had settled into defending a 2-goal lead from a non-existent first leg.

I mean the collective fan base which we represent a fraction of. Yes, I’ll be glad to see that back of him. My point is the quicker this is done, the less he resists to change, and within the context of his personal issues the better it will be received by most fans. It doesn’t take away the immense disappointment of what has transpired.

Same here, as a man I like him as our manager it has been a disaster.

This message board today:

We're absolutely fucked

We're also going to tempt Eddie Howe to resign from premier league Bournemouth to manage here

🤔
