The only possible shred of positivity I can muster about the playiffs is that at least we know more or less that we're in them. We'll probably get the points we need to make sure somehow, but we won't have the last-gasp disappointment of missing automatic or knocking our pipe out to nudge into 5th or 6th. I hesitate to say that's Bruce's plan, because he doesn't appear to be that clever, but it might ultimately help.

Ah, who'm I trying to kid? We'll spanner them up completely.

That's about all I can get to as well. It's difficult for the team who narrowly misses out of Auto on the last day to get themselves up for the playoffs. Huddersfield were able to rest players and get ready for the matches last year because the top two had been decided with 3-4 games to go - did them ok. But we'll bottle it when we get to those games anyway, so I don't even know why I'm writing this.

If we were coherently trying to play like shithouse Cardiff do, I would prefer that. Because while I don't like that football I'd at least understand what kind of plan we were trying to work to. The Hogan paradox is a perfect allegory for Bruce's 'identity' - that is to say, there isn't one, and he hasn't the slightest clue what that concept even means

I hate to say it but there were a lot of us who knew it would be like this when we appointed Bruce.  Not pretty and potentially very ugly.  Today was as ugly as it gets.

I notice how Cardiff created more trying to get a draw with Wolves than we did in the last few matches we have needed a goal ..its because they actualy have a limited but effective gameplan ..The difference between us and Cardiff is a game plan and Warnock making shit players look good whilst Bruce makes good ones look shit

We are in the play-offs by 8 points with 5 games to go. Our  last two games against two teams fighting to get into the Premier League via the position we are currently occupying.
Would you get against us? (With apologies to Ron)
