What of it?  Well I disagree that the top six are an equal group and that we are part of that group.  The points totals do not lie.  I can endure Bruce because I am a committed life long Villa fan.  What I find very hard to swallow is the fudging of the reality of our situation.

I took it to mean that we don't have the same chance as the rest of the top 6, which I assume is whhat Brian was replying to, as Wolves obviously have a much better chance than we do. Same as we obviously have a much better chance than say Forest, who are closer in points to us than we are to Wolves. Seems common sense to me.

Precisely PWS.  All I ask is that we look at our plight honestly with an open mind.  Yes, TV other clubs we are scrapping with have to play us but that is a door that swings both ways.  Win a six pointer and you rise but it is also a six pointer to the team we play, lose it and the fall is of the same magnitude.

It's possible but in my opinion, very unlikely.

I have no mystical powers, I just look at the performances and results so far.
We are not consistent enough.
