He is now. He was a decent player before spending 3 years being Pulised.

I had the misfortune of being at the Hawthorns on Boxing Day - there is nothing remotely resembling a decent player there. Every Olbiyun fan around was absolutely slating him.

He scored goals in the champions league for Zenit and has scored in the Copa America for Venezuela. First season at WBA he scored 9 league goals in 27 games.

When you think we came up with Gestede to replace Benteke it really boggles the mind. Should've just paid Adebayor whatever he'd wanted as I imagine Sherwood would've got a tune out of him for a few months and then signed better in that January.

That move didn't fall down on wages, apparently.  It was all agreed, think Adebayor had even gone as far as posing in the kit after the medical. But he then consulted his witch doctor (not making this up) and beat a hasty retreat.

Bruce is suffering from "mass hysteria" if the only way he can think of to celebrate 1 win in 6 is to have a pop at the longsuffering fans. I think he is playing to his TV/radio/journalist brown nose chums to paint Villa fans in the way he has, because when he inevitably leaves he will play the "hard done by" card (by the fans) and get support from his sad cronies in the media. As far as I'm concerned win, lose or draw I want Bruce out and have done so, since game 6 this season. 18 points behind wolves at just over the half way stage is a huge embarrassment. Get a grip Bruce, realise your limitations and get on with the best job you will ever have (while you can) with some humility.

yes it did rather. I don't think anyone's changed their opinion in the poll though they might have changed their opinion of him as a person.
