If we don't go up we can't go out in the summer and splash the cash.

I've been quiet for a while now as I'm sick of being negative but Sheffield United. Now this it's terrible. No drive no cohesion. Hit and hope no real game plan. We don't dominate anyone. I'm sorry he has to go. Brentford looked like the team who had splashed the cash

Don't agree. worse case scenario we stay in the Championship and Terry goes in the summer. Get a permanent manager now and we're committed to them and that means unemployed managers. No-on good or with potential is going to look to jump ships in january and we probably wouldn't pay the compensation. Sometimes you bring in a guy who's playing standards drag up the rest of the team. He wouldn't be punting long balls at Hogan every game that's for sure

Hmm, some good points. Does Terry even have his badges? Not sure he can be a manager regardless of his putative merits.

dunno to be honest. think he's taken some. Mind you, the press claimed he was managing chelsea during RDM's CL win, so  who needs badges? 8)

Tonight is a new low for me. I really really wanted Bruce turn this around for us. A man of integrity, a winner and a thoroughly decent man he Is, but he has failed here and we must be ruthless if we want to be taken seriously as a football club with ambition. Bruce manages us like we're Hull or The Filth.

Enough, time is up

Also every fucking manager blames the size of the club and expectations. Is it too much for them all?

I don't want Dean Smith he's done a good job but he's not for me

I want foriegn because I don't really rate British type managers in general, and ones who at least want to play a passing game (hence the foriegn)

I know we had Garde but he came at the wrong time etc it shouldn't put us of having a go with another
Koeman would do and is available I think

Dean Smith is just the type of manager we don't want, sorry to say this but his ego just isn't big enough. We have gone the nice manager route, I want a big angry bastard with good credentials, probably have to go abroad to get one.

Koeman of he would come.

Works for me.

I know I am bigoted against my own people (I am half English , half Irish) but I just dont rate them as managers. We just dont make top managers at the moment and we need a top manager. Someone with a fancy continental accent please.
