Garry Monk? Don't know how I feel about that option. My initial reaction is that he was overpromoted to start off with, but the football is better than Bruces'.

Scratch that. Boro fans talking about it on Twitter and to a man they are hypercritical.

No more British / Irish tat thank you and definitely not someone who "knows this league", we have fallen for that one already.

The gist of the Boro chat seems to be Karanka is boring but can make players better, Monk buys players but can't make a squad, he got sacked because he thought he was bigger than the club, and Leeds fans are cock a hoop with schadenfreude.

I read somewhere some Boro fan was planning one of those aeroplane protests against him. I think it was Monk anyway anyway.

Bruce is becoming like DoL with his post-match assessments. There. I said it.

Read rumblings on Twitter that all was not rosy in the dugout today.

Then come Boxing Day we all know what will happen, we’ll lose to Brentford with Ryan Woods running the game from the base of midfield with barely a challenge laid on him or seemingly any reaction from the bench tactically to nullify him running it.

Hope Dr T & Keith have a plan in place for being in the Championship next year

Steve Agnew effect for first 10 minutes and then SB putting a stop to all that attacking nonsense?

I’ve been thinking about the appointment of Espírito Santo to Wolves. They appointed him after hitting near rock bottom and had little expectation to succeed. We’d have all gone mental if we’d appointed him in the summer.

Bruce getting irate with the critical fans roundabout, and Whelan being quite unhappy with something or other. Sounds like nothing really.
