Di Matteo was rubbish so let's dismiss that one.
I think my issue is that even throughout the period we were winning it felt like outstanding efforts from individuals, rather than a cohesive attacking framework. You're obviously going to have fluctuations of form, but the lack of an attacking style/plan means the drop off from one player losing form or being injured hits us much harder than a team with a clear idea of how they want to attack. If Bruce doesn't address this we're always going to be a team that suffers defeats like this.

Ads I do not see where you get your undying support of Bruce from, I admire it in a certain sadistic way, but we should be way better than where you set the bar.

We've not really played a side who defended like Derby before that I can recall. You need a bit of magic or a percentage set piece as it's tough when there's 10 players suffocating you 5-10 yards around the box.

I'm sure there's a bus we could chuck ourselves under and save some bandwidth. Fuck me.
Your man is condemning us to another season in this division.

Is there any cheap flights I can Percy into O'Hare. My man? Bore off.
Pathetic

You really fucking are. Like I said bore off.

Bore off? If you insult every post that differs from yours, you are probably the bore (and rude at that)

I agree, but I think he'd have us in a better place than Bruce.

I don't insult every poster. I think Chicago is a whopper but I'm trying to be polite. It's hard. Really fucking hard. Being sat with my engine off on a car park having not.moved an inch in freezing east Midlands bumpkin land having seen us lose and then dealing with an...individual like Chicago is a test.

You were talking shite and surely know. Pining for RDM...bloody hell.

Ads Derby did not have to defend as such, as we had no threat going forward, what you may have missed, is they pressured us in the middle part of the pitch and because now as has been for the last god knows how long, we take the easy ball out and play it sideways or backwards, because Bruce again is a manager that has not taught players playing in claret and blue to make positive movement. Tha'ts why Jack is wasted in this team, negatively to me he slows down play, but that maybe is because know one moves in front of him fast enough when he is looking for them to.

Middle of the pitch is where Chester and Jedinak were sat feeding the ball wide. They congested it and kept 5 yards maximum between their defence and midfield. We lacked a Davis to sling it in so they bet on us playing a percentage ball.

For me, the problem is not so much that we draw or lose games that on paper we should take something from, it's that the performances are so consistently dull or desperate. Many people say they will take forty-six one nils if that gets us up. But that hasn't happened, and if you're still using that approach and you start losing, you won't get a lot of grace to wait for it to work again.

I suspect that there are a few on here who manage to keep their opinions of you to themselves, so you can do the same.

Top three team, until a few weeks ago, lost again today at Preston and find themselves below us. We're within touch of the automatics. Nobody wants the gap to increase but there's a fuck tonne of football to be played.

Touching distance of the automatics? We'll be 10 points adrift tonight.

Yep with 70 odd points and Cardiff to come. If we were 10 point ahead of 5th I wouldn't be popping champagne corks.

The performances are bad enough when we win, when we don’t, it highlights just how poor and unimaginative we are, yes we are missing players, but every club has the same problems.

Just get rid now, sick of him and the awful football.

You're the dictionary definition of deluded.

Or you're on a massive wind up.
