I just don't know if changing it again is the answer but LLLDLLLL in 2017 makes awful reading.

Didn't realise the form was that bad.  Think he'll be given time due to the squad turnover but things are very depressing right now.

Sadly. Yes. Lovely man, very sane, sees the problems correctly but is unable to fix them. Whether its the Villa curse or him I dont know, but enough is enough. And I hate changing managers AGAIN but I think we have to.

I would argue no, but he seems to have turned into fucking Sherwood.  Different formation of which none make sense and the players look clueless in each week.  Odd subs. Fuck all organisation.  We are a shambles. We have a squad of footballers and a manager who wants to play long ball.  They don't mix.

Newcastle and Derby coming up, lose both of them 8 losses out of 9, having had favourable fixtures and the guillotine needs to fall on the fat headed one.

He's looked really really suspect.

The random formations.
The poor timing of substitutions.
Fat ****** Agbonlahor back in the fold.
Micah Richards getting game time.
Elphick being brought back in.
Hutton as a wing back.
5-3-2 against Ipswich, at home.

We are the biggest club he's managed and he can't handle the pressure.

I wanted him but it appears I was wrong, he's not up to it.

The next manager we have must be someone of genuine stature who won't fold under the pressure of being expected to win games. Plucking more managers from small clubs isn't going to work.

Let's wait until we've lost games before we start adding them to the collection of this poor run.

i kid you not, my head is swimming, I'm absolutely shocked the nightmare continues. these players now resemble the bunch that have left, something is very wrong.

I haven't added them, I said if we lose them it's 8 out of 9 and no manager should keep his job on that sort of form. I'd give him the two, lose them and you are gone.

So who exactly is that new manager ?
Much as I hate to see the state of things, I am all for stability and have to agree with Tony Morley who said that he needs to pick a side, pick a style (4-4-2) and play it game after game till it clicks.

To give Ads credit he's always one of the last to turn. When he turns it's the end, you know you are fucked and gone.
