I thought SB had already said last week he was persisting with 3 (or 5) at the back?

If so it just looks like a way of making us defensively more solid and/or so he can shoe-horn Elphick into the team?

Why would he want to shoe horn Elphick into the side?

I am sure I read something the other week apart how SB said leaving him out was the most difficult thing he had to do; he was a model pro etc etc

If he wanted to shoe horn him in, he'd have done it before now.

Being made to go to a farm for my 2 year old daughters closest friend's birthday party. 🙈
Hoping to hear about a good performance

A farm? Well we are playing the Tractor Boys. Maybe convince the little one to go to VP.

Jedi still out.  Really think he would make a difference with this new midfield.

I don't get this.  If we play three at the back surely Amavi is perfect for wing back.  I'd persist with him myself.

I'd play Gardner at DCM so letting the other 2 be further forward supporting Hogan and JK. A sort of 3-3-2-2 formation !

So would I.  My only concern if he insists on 3 at the back is lack of width and I don't know if Bree and Taylor are the answer to that.

Amavi and Bacuna would be though chrisw1 - unfortunately doubt we'll see them though.

Unbeaten home record has to go by the law of averages - this is where it does. 0-2 to ipswich
