Their football knocking square balls 40 yards from goal. That's the adventurous, superior football?

They're shit. We need to drive at them as they're woeful at the back.

They were able to keep possession, pass it to their own players. That's better than how we played that half. They were always looking for something down our left and we were camped in our own half towards the end of that half. If Forest were shit, what were we?! I'm hoping for better football from us eventually.

Spot on as usual, Nelly. Hope you're well mate.

I love your passion though, Ads. I'm hoping it will infect me. Are you at the match? Hows our support been?

Cheers Nik, I hope you're well too mate! Fingers crossed Villa can do this.

as Guzans biggest fan on here and I know he wasn't perfect,
but if we'd had kept him I reckon we'd be top 6 now or there abouts

The commentators seem to think we were decent, I thought we were terrible, goal aside. We barely created anything, had nothing of the ball and sick of goalkeeping errors.

We weren't great at all but apart from the goal elphick could have scored twice and hogan nearly scored

Guzan was a million times better than Gollini and Johnstone. Those Bosnich-esque saves in the league cup at Sunderland...

Why do we put pretty much zero pressure on to get the ball back when Forest have it?

It's like we're waiting for the passage of the game to be favourable to us rather than getting in there and actively chasing the ball down.

I do however tend to agree that this has got 78th minute forest winner written all over it

Yeah we had the best chances first half.

Elphick's having a 'mare at the back.

We definitely had chances, I agree. I guess I'd like us to be more authoritative in games. Bit tired of seeing teams out-pass us for fun. Constantly camped in our own half. It's demoralising!

Elphick is dreadful.

All that 'captain courageous' blood and thunder stuff is all well and nice, but he's really not a very good player at all.
