Bit harsh to drop Green. Surprised Taylor isn't involved at all.

I didn't know that Bjork played left back

Why play wing backs but drop Amavi ?

Unless Baker's playing left back in a flat four

Did anyone get even close to predicting that line up?

Pictures from training showed Taylor wearing a protective mask. Perhaps Bruce doesn't want to risk him. Chester could be left back or Thor I guess. More or less the side I would have chosen,  but we need to be disciplined in midfield.

I think Amavi has paid for some poor displays and he's trying something different. Baker will be left of a back three. It's an interesting formation

I hope I'm wrong, but I think Bjarnason should have been given more training time before getting a start. He looked shell shocked on Tuesday.

I'm glad McCafu has finally been dropped, but know little about Bree.

Lucky bag selection, Bruce went with three at the back at Hull quite often so it wouldn't be a surprise if he did again. Surely it should be Taylor or Amavi on the left not Bjarnason or Baker. Maybe Hourihane and Lansbury can get Hogan in around the back of these but the selection looks wildly unbalanced again.

Really hope Lansbury and Hourihane bring out more from Grealish.

On paper it looks good going forward. On paper. Please win, Villa. Fed up of crowing Brighton fans down here.

Looking at that team and trying to work out the formation! At least we have a couple of goalscorers, let's give them some service...
